Who we are

JewelForex is operated by Ryan Satellite. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, avatar URL — from your sign-up or Google sign-in.
• Bot configurations: strategy, symbol, timeframe, risk settings, and generated source code you save to your vault.
• Chart images you upload for AI analysis. These are sent to our AI provider for analysis and are not stored long-term.
• Basic technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

What we do NOT collect

• Your MetaTrader password or broker credentials — JewelForex never asks for them.
• Payment card data.
• Your live trades or account balances (unless you explicitly connect a bridge in a future release).

How we use it

To sign you in, save your bots, personalize the Auto Work assistant, analyze charts you upload, and secure the service. We don't sell your data. We don't run ad tracking.

Processors

We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication, and AI inference. Chart images you submit for analysis are processed by Google's Gemini API for the sole purpose of returning your analysis.

Your rights

You can export or delete your saved bots at any time from your dashboard. To delete your entire account, email us via myplanetchat.com.
