1. Who we are

JewelForex is a software product by Ryan Satellite, created by Ryan T Ropah and inspired by Tinashe Jewel. By using the app at jewelforex.myplanetchat.com you agree to these terms.

2. What JewelForex does

JewelForex generates MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor source code (.mq4 / .mq5) from strategy presets you configure. You compile and run those files inside your own MetaTrader terminal on your own broker account.

3. Trading risk — read this

Forex, CFDs and leveraged trading carry a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all your invested capital. Automated strategies do not guarantee profit. Past backtest or live performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for every trade placed by any bot generated with JewelForex. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

4. Not financial advice

Nothing on JewelForex — strategy descriptions, AI chart analyses, defaults, or the beginner playbook — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a broker, dealer, or investment adviser.

5. Your account

Keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Don't abuse the service, reverse-engineer it, resell generated code as your own product, or use it to break the law or your broker's terms.

6. Third-party services

MetaTrader, your broker, TradingView, and any bridge you use (MetaApi, VPS providers, etc.) have their own terms and pricing. JewelForex is not affiliated with MetaQuotes or any specific broker.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, downtime, or any indirect damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
